I developed this Car Paint Designer Plugin out of the desire to have a quick and easy way of doing rapid changes to the traditional "car paint shaders", of which you had to go node-spelunking, and have knowledge of complex node functions in order to get desired results... I wanted to make a tool that anyone could use to create the exact characteristics of car paint they wanted... so I did!
Over the course of 18 months, dozens of release iterations, and thousands of hours of rigorous testing, this is the result!
